What is the Flix360 portal?

Flix 360 is a fresh and improved version of the old Manage content.

How does it differ from the old Manage Content portal?

Flix360 is a fresh and improved version of the old Manage content. Core functionality has remained and new functionality has been added to help users complete tasks quicker and easier than before.

Why can I not add/edit content?

To prevent stale content existing within our system and appearing on retailer sites, we have removed the ability to edit content and lock them from being reprocessed.

Content changes can still be made via feeds or by being briefed into your CRM for manual pages.

Where do I go for help?

We are in the process of creating help guides and how-to videos. In the mean time, if you do require assistance, please ask a question via the Chatbot or email prioritysupport@flixmedia.tv and include Flix360 in the title.
