Not all retailers enable all of the core products.
Can content be customised for each retailer?
We cannot customise content per retailer at this time. We can offer product-specific INpage templates, which are individually configurable. This is a premium offering.
How often can content be updated?
A brand may request to include regular refreshes as part of their programme. If refreshes are not included, a brand may request a change using the regular Change Control process at an agreed upon price.
Which of the core services are mobile-optimised?
Only INpages is mobile-optimised. Hotspots and MiniSites are not delivered to
mobile devices.
Can I share video content?
Yes, Flix supports video content within the core products.
What are the expected timelines to set up and change content?
The time it takes to set up the content template for INpages and MiniSites is a collaborative process and depends on the types of content included. The more complex the template, the longer it takes to set up.
We can typically ingest the product-specific content and transform it into the content template or Hotspots layout in just a couple weeks, depending on the method by which content is transferred to Flixmedia. If the content is coming from multiple sources, mapping the relevant content to each product becomes more complex and takes more time.
Can the manufacturer decide the positioning of the Hotspots?
To maintain a consistent user experience with each retailer, the positioning of Hotspots can only be overridden by that retailer.
How many Hotspots are available per product page?
Generally, up to 4 Hotspots are available on a product page.
Can the Hotspot content be different to the MiniSites or INpages content?
Yes, a brand may provide different content for Hotspots to that which is shown on INpages or MiniSites.
Can comparison tables be added to the Hotspots above the fold?
Yes, a comparison table may be added as a Hotspot if the Comparison Tables product is part of the brand’s programme.
